loose stitching on shoulder straps and zippers, and no proper way secure webbing to the buckle and it made my bag drop multiple times

The messenger back was superb from the materials, durability and silhouette was on point. BUT theres certain thing that can be improved such the excess fabric of plactics clip always stuck on the velcro and the mesh bottle compartment was to loose. hence will be a perfect back for casual and outdoor.
