How to Claim Your Lifetime Warranty

Repair Warranty Guideline

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

  • Warranty repair claims apply only to Outerwear and Bags.
  • Other product categories are not covered under the repair warranty program.

CLAIM PROCESS

  • Customers are required to fill out the official claim form (link).
  • A claim ID will be issued and must be attached to the shipping label for identification.
  • Please mark the exact area that requires repair using masking tape for clarity.

REPAIR COVERAGE

  • Warranty covers damage to stitching, zippers, buckles, and other accessories.
  • Damages outside of these components (such as tears in fabric, heavy wear, or external factors) may still be repaired but will be subject to an additional repair fee.

SHIPPING POILICY

  • All shipping costs (sending and returning) are the responsibility of the customer.

REPAIR TIMELINE

  • The repair process takes approximately 14–21 working days from the date the product is received by Humblezing.
  • Customers will be notified once the repair has been completed and the item is ready for return.

INELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR

  • If the product is deemed irreparable after inspection, the customer will receive a 35% voucher can be used to all product.
  • This voucher can be used for the next purchase at the official Humblezing store online and offline (terms and conditions apply).
