How to order?
- Browse our product.
- Choose your size and click “Add To Cart”.
- Continue to browse and repeat step two for every single product you wish to purchase.
- Review your items by clicking the “Shopping Bag” link at top right of the page.
- Once you are done, click “Check Out”.
- Fill in your details.
- Review your details. If they are correct, simply click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

- Make a confirmation about your payment by fill down our Payment Confirmation page OR simply mail us to email@example.com OR contact our beloved customer service about your payment.
- Our shipping schedule at 15.00 WIB (Monday-Sunday), so payment confirmation must before 14.30 if your products want to be shipped on the same day. Payment after 14.30 will be shipped the next day of confirmation
- For the tracking numbers you can ask to our customer service through line@ (@humblezing) on the next day

Do I need to have an account to shop?
Yes, an account is required but we highly encourage you to register as a member with us as you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:
– Save your address for faster checkout
– Check your order status
– Review past purchases
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can use Password Recovery feature to retrieve it or alternatively, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What kind of sizing do you use?
Generaly each article has a different sizing one with another. Please refer to our size chart that available in the product and use it as a guideline. We know online shopping can be tricky for fit and sizing. If you have a question about a particular style, send your measurements to email@example.com or contact our beloved customer service. We’ll help you find the right size.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes, we are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Credit card transactions are made on a third party website, DPS, a reputable credit card processing company. Customer information is only stored on our secure database and not used for anything other than authorised promotions or internal reference.
Orders And Shipping
I am an international customer, can I make an order?
Of course. We can arrange a custom order with you. For international customer, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to assist you personaly.
Can I make changes to my order?
Reach out to email@example.com or contact our beloved customer service — we’ll see what we can do!
How do i know my order has been received?
Once you’ve completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please check this carefully to ensure all your details are correct. If any details are incorrect please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you don’t receive an order confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order check your Junk folder in case our emails are going there. We may also have the incorrect email address registered with your name. Please check your account details to ensure your e-mail address has been entered correctly.
If you still cannot see why you haven’t received one please e-mail email@example.com and we’ll look into it for you.
How will my order be shipped?
For domestic orders, items will be sent using standard JNE delivery services (Shipping Schedule 15.00 WIB, Monday to Sunday)
For international orders, items will be sent using standard EMS delivery services.
Please note that orders will be sent through the most suitable carrier according to the size, weight and destination.
Where does HUMBLEZING Webstore ship to?
All over Indonesia. We also welcome International customer by arranging a custom order. We are able to ship to most countries around the globe as we vow to provide you with the best service. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and information on the carrier within 24 hours of the purchase through email or mobile message. If you don’t receive the tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
To check the status of your order, log into your account or go to Track Order page.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please note that these are estimate delivery dates and are working days. Each place has each estimate delivery time that you can check to JNE.co.id. Delivery time is measured from when your order is dispatched and do not include any hold ups that may occur due to local custom procedures. Orders are dispatched one time (15.00 WIB) from Monday to Sunday.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return an item?
Purchases can be returned for exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused.
– All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.
– No tape is to be attached to the product or the products packaging.
Returns, which do not comply with the above listed criteria, will be rejected. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches back to us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be monitored and located.
If you wish to exchange an item for another colour or size then place an order for the new item and return the original. You may also reserve an item for exchange if you wish. Contact customer care as soon as possible to ensure availability.
What happens if the item(s) I’ve received are faulty / incorrect / damaged?
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. At the HUMBLEZING Webstore, we vow to ensure our customers a great retail experience. If you find a problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or our beloved customer service right away. Please include details about the order and the nature of the problem and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
In the case of faulty / incorrect / damaged items, HUMBLEZING Webstore will cover for the return shipping charges however if a return is made for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
What payment methods do you accept?

International customer that have arranged a custom order with us is allowed to make their payment via PayPal or Western Union in $ USD.
Payment should be made strictly in 24 hours (1 days) after check out. If you can not make the payment and confirm within that time, your orders will be automatically expired. You can order again but we can not guarantee the availability of the product.
Confirmation also should be made strictly after the payment by simply sending an email to email@example.com or fill down the Payment Confirmation page.
Please note that items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.
WILL YOU RE-STOCK ITEMS THAT HAVE SOLD OUT?
We generally do not re-stock items that have sold out as we like to offer new designs and often have limited numbers of garments, these products may be re run in the future but it is not guaranteed.
